Tips for Every Human Every Day!


  • Consume at least 2000mg of Omega 3 fatty acids (EPA & DHA) every day.

    • For children use 500mg/40 lbs bodyweight.

  • Consume 5000IU of Vitamin D3 every day
    • For children use 1000IU/40 lbs bodyweight

  • Consume a probiotic every day. This should at least contain 10 billion CFU's/capsule of multiple bacterial strains. These strains should at least include:
    • Lactobacillus Acidophilus
    • Lactobacillus Fermentum
    • Lactobacillus Rhamnosus
    • Bifidobacterium Longum
    • Bifidobacterium Bifidum

  • Begin to walk regularly - Initially strive for 30 minutes a day but start at a pace and length of time reasonable for your ability level. A 30 minute brisk walk 7 days a week has large health implications!

  • Think about your food!

Eliminate the following for all over better health:

      • Dairy
      • wheat and most grains
      • fried foods
      • processed sugars
      • alcohol
      • tobacco
      • most oils except coconut and olive oils. Use coconut or non trans-fat producing oils for cooking.

  • Consume at least 64 ounces of water per day. An average of 128 ounces per day would be best. Don't forget: Water means WATER! "Fluid" doesn't count. Filtered or purified water is best.
